The challenge
A niche Bitcoin hardware product needed a B2C launch — but it was unclear which audience, creative and buying path would actually convert in the US market.
My approach
I designed a structured 4-cell A/B test (CTA × funnel path), ran it on a real budget, and read the data honestly instead of chasing vanity metrics — testing landing-page vs. straight-to-cart and several creative variants head to head.
The result
The test isolated the winning CTA and creatives, proved the audience was relevant and trusting — and pinpointed that the real bottleneck sat at the offer/landing-page stage, not in the ads. An ambiguous launch became a clear, data-backed action plan.
